“It is health that is the real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.” – Mahatma Gandhi
The quote sums on the importance of health beautifully. In the world we live in today, where we are always in a rush but do things staying put; advanced technology saves time, yet we are crunched for time; virtually, we are well connected, yet realistically alone; we invest in the market but never invest in ourselves.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is about investing in oneself. It is not an overnight phenomenon or a product that could be bought off the shelf. A healthy lifestyle is not only physical health but mental, social, emotional, and spiritual health too that needs to stay healthy.
