There are a lot of health risks that you can actually put yourself through if you do not get enough sleep. Irregular sleeping patterns can affect your body physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You Stay Active
The fact that you try to get some exercise at least a couple of minutes every single day is already great. You do not exactly need to work our too much unless you are trying to physically look toned or buff. If you like to run every once in a while or simply do some exercises at home means you are active.

It is normal to get sick every once in a while, but if you are the type to get sick once a year or less, then you’re healthy. That just shows that your immune system is strong enough to fight all the sickness that you can get. If you cannot really remember the last time you got sick, then that is indeed a very good sign. Some people even need to take vitamin supplements just to boost their immune system.
You Can Handle Stress
Finally, being healthy is not always about the physical being of a person. You also need to be mentally strong to be considered healthy. Stress can literally be a part of everyone’s daily lives, so it is not surprising if you have it. However, managing it well means you are also mentally healthy.
