Unlike popular belief, you don’t have to be out of breathing to get health benefits from exercise. A little heavier breathing than usual and a warmer body is enough. It is not necessary to be sweaty.
Overcoming Obstacles
If you feel exhausted, go for a quick 5-minute walk, and you will have a high chance of walking longer. If you feel pain due to injury, illness, or weight, divide your exercise into smaller chunks.
